When will I receive my rewards?
If everything goes smoothly with manufacturing, meaning no remake required, then my target is to send out all the rewards by July - August 2024. Please refer to the timeline section for a more detailed breakdown of our schedule.

Where do you ship to?
I ship everywhere except the UK and the EU because of the VAT law. If you are from the UK and EU and you are interested in these cuties, please contact me and I can set up a pre-order on my Etsy order after the campaign ended. Etsy helps collect VAT and remits it on our behaves.

How do I get the freebie pin?
There is two criteria in getting the freebie pin:
- Both Amber & Moss and my project will need to be 100% funded. For my project specifically, it means the initial goal of $750 CAD is reached.
- You will need to support both Amber & Moss and my projects (any physical item reward tier).

When is shipping charged?
Shipping is charged separately from your pledge. It will be calculated in the pledge manager, which you will have access to after the campaign ended. It will then be charged sometime before I ship out your rewards. Please refer to the shipping section for more information on shipping fees.

Will any of these items be available after the crowdfunding campaign ends?
After I fulfill all my rewards, and if there are any items left, I will have them available at my Etsy store. However, please note that the price will be a bit higher. Also, there is a chance that there will only be b grade and seconds pins for the store.

Can I order items from your Etsy store and have it shipped with my Backerkit rewards to save on shipping?
Absolutely! When you place your order at my Etsy store, please make sure you let me know in the “add note to seller” section that you are a backer from my Kitties of Whiskerwood Backerkit campaign. If I don’t get a note, then your order will be shipped out according yo my regular Etsy ship schedule, and I will not be able to refund your shipping fee back to you.
Once I see the note that you are a backer, I will then check to make sure I can find your pledge in backerkit. Once that is done, I will go ahead and refund you the shipping fee on Etsy and mark the Etsy order as shipped. The items you ordered from my Etsy store will be shipped with your backerkit rewards when everything is ready. Please note, this only applies if you pledged for a physical level for my campaign.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
