If you haven't received your rewards yet, hopefully you will get it soon. Please be reminded that all US and international packages come with tracking, so please make sure you check your email for the tracking information. Canadian orders do not come with tracking unless it was upgraded. Having said that, there are still a few backers who haven't completed the survey yet. Finally, I want to show you a glimpse of a new project I am working on~ Kitties of Whisperwood~
This will be a backerkit project targeted to launch in October, and I just set up a teaser page for it (see below link). I am still finalizing the designs for this project, but I will be uploading more information and designs to the teaser page as it gets closer to launch. So make sure you follow the page!

I just received the remake of the stargazing kitty pin, and took some time to grade them. I am very happy to say that the quality is great! This mean I will be able to start fulfilling pledges that has the stargazing kitty as well! Having said that, so far I have sent out around 20% of the total number of rewards, and next week I will be sending out another 60 packages. My goal is still to finish sending out all the packages by the end of August, but since this campaign has done exceedingly well due to all your support, it might take a little bit extra for me to mail out all the rewards. I apologize if there is going to be any delays, but I will try my best to get all the packages out as soon as I can. Thanks again for the amazing support and your interest in this project!

🛸👽Not Your Everyday Experience Kickstarter Campaign

Hello everyone!

It's time for another project update! I received all the pins from my manufacturer last week, and took some time to grade all of them. Good news is that most of them are great, but the bad news is that one of the design, stargazing kitty, will need to be remade.

Something was odd about the stargazing kitty pin. When I was grading them, I noticed that the enamel for this pin was super easily scratchable. The enamel just seemed to be a bit soft for some reasons. And it only happens for this design (I tested all the other pins and they are fine). I made a video demonstrating how I can easily create a dent on the enamel for this pin and sent it to my manufacturer, and right the way they told me they will remake this pin for us. I am still unsure what is wrong with this pin, but unfortunately I cannot send this pin out since it is not up to my standard. I am really sorry that there is going to be a delay in fulfilling some of the rewards, but I really want to make sure I only send out the best quality pins to all my backers. My manufacturer didn't give me an exact date for when the pins will be done, but based on my past experience working with them, it's usually around 2-3 weeks. I will send out another update once I received the remake.

Having said that, I will start fulfilling those orders that do not have the stargazing kitty pin, as there is really no reason why I should put that on hold. This means that I will be locking address soon! If you need to change your address, please do so by next Friday July 19th, as I will be locking address on that day so I can start sending out your rewards! Also, I do notice that I still have a few incomplete surveys and error charge cards. If you haven't fill out your survey yet, or you noticed that there is a charge card error, please have it fixed as soon as you can. Thank you so much! On my last update, I mentioned that I have a new Kickstarter project launching soon, and it's been decided that I will be launching the campaign on July 19th (next Friday) at 10 am EST (8 am MST)!! I am so excited about this project, and there are going to be a limited number of early bird rewards for the first 24 hrs! You can follow my project in below link to get a notification when the project is launched. All backers who pledge for three or more pins will get the camera kitty pin as a freebie!

Hello backers and supporters!

Thank you so much for your support for my backerkit campaign - Kitties of Whiskerwood. I just want to share with you for some updates for our project. I just got an email from my pin manufacturer telling me that the pins are done and have been shipped out. Hopefully I will receive them by next week, so I can start grading them. Stickers are done, and they look fantastic! Packaging material have been all prepared, so hopefully if there is no issues with the pins, I can start fulfilling rewards in the middle of July, and get all the packages sent out by the middle to the end of August!

Having said that, I do have some outstanding reward surveys that haven't been completed yet. So if you haven't completed your survey yet, it will be highly appreciated if you can get that done as soon you can. There are also some errors when I try to charge card for the shipping fese and pledge manager add-ons. If you got a message from backerkit telling you that there is an error with your credit card, please have it updated as soon as you can. Thank you so much!

Last but not least, I will be launching a new crowdfunding campaign soon! It's still work in progress, but I want to take this opportunity to show you one of the pins from this series, and this is the first time I reveal the design to anyone! We are getting close to the order lock date (May 22nd, Wednesday), and so far 93% of all the backer's surveys have been completed! Thank you so much for taking the time to get them done! Having said that, if you need to make any last minutes changes to the pledge manager, please do so before May 22nd~ The pre-order shop will also closed on May 22nd, so if you are thinking about getting something from pre-order shop, make sure you do it before the 22nd. For those backers who haven't completed your survey yet, please take the time to get it done ASAP, as your input is extremely important for me to determine how many items I need to order from my manufacturer. Moreover, please note that on May 22nd, I will remove all the Kitties of Whiskerwood items from the pledge manager so that post campaign add-on for those items will no longer be available. However, if you had an add-on during the campaign, you will still be able to select the pins you would like to get.
